Meditation and Yoga for Grief

WHO: This group is open to anyone grieving a death-related loss, whether in the recent or distant past.
COST: $450 (six 90-minute sessions)

About this group:
Grief can profoundly affect the mind, body, and spirit. This 6-week small group program will offer yoga, meditation, reflection, and discussion as tools for moving through grief. With the support of individuals who have experienced loss, participants will learn how mind-body practice can support their self-care and assist with the work of grieving.
Whether your loss is recent or took place years ago, you are welcome to join us. All movement/yoga will be gentle and can be practiced in a chair if desired.
