Therapy with Me…
Is like going to that friend that you know is going to tell you the truth, but you don’t want to hear it. At the same time, you know that friend is holding you accountable to become the best you can be!
I am passionate about helping individuals evolve into the best version of themselves. I try to provide a therapeutic space for people to really take a look at themselves and develop a healthy relationship with who they are. My approach to therapy is based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), however, I like to focus more on the therapeutic relationship, so I adjust my therapeutic approach to meet my clients’ needs.
About Me
I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Johns Hopkins University in 2021. During my program, I received training as a counseling intern at the George Washington University Counseling & Psychological Services, as well as, a private practice in Woodbridge, VA.
I don’t like being put in a box, so outside of therapy, I enjoy engaging in spontaneous activities from zip-lining and road trips to painting and trying new foods!
